What the owner can see

What is on the yard, and whether it adds up.

What came in, what is on the ground, what went out, and what is left. Where a figure is not real, it says so.

Walking the yard to find out what is on it
Every metal, what came in, what went out, what stripping turned into what, and what is left. On your phone, from wherever you are.
A figure that is not real
A metal nobody has counted says so. It does not show as zero. A load that went out empty says nothing was loaded, not £0.00.
Where the difference went
Bought in, what stripping took and made, what went out, and what is on the book now. The difference is shown on its own, and labelled as not yet explained.
Settling an argument about a load
Who did what, and when. Enough to settle it.
Somebody changing the book
A posted ticket cannot be changed. Not by the office, and not by us. Nothing is deleted, and the record of changes cannot be edited by anyone.

This is not for watching your lads

The screen that shows who changed what says so at the top: use it to settle what happened, not to undo it. Your lads are not tracked, and nothing here tells you where anybody was.
